Sleep time is the time when you burn fat. Everything you did that day, what you ate and the exercise you did, all comes to a close when you do. You need your sleep to lose weight. If you don’t get enough sleep then your body can’t do all the restorative things it needs to do, burn fat is just one of those things.

Eight, that’s the recommended amount of sleep that’s recommended each night to stay healthy. You’re brain rewires, you’re stress decreases, your whole body heals. If you’re not getting enough sleep then you’re not going to be able to efficiently lose weight.
