About Me
My name is Linda Roeder and I am a work at home mom of 3 very active boys. One isĀ on the track to becoming a pro-cyclist and the other two are on the autism spectrum. I have struggled with my weight ever since my first pregnancy. Right before I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism my weight really took a turn for the worse. Because of all this I have found many ways to keep my weight in check.
For a living I write for websites and blogs online and do a lot of sitting at the computer most of the day. To make sure I get the exercise I need I joined Curves and make sure I get there at least 3 times a week. While I’m there I do more than the basic 30 minutes, I’m usually there for at least 45 minutes to an hour. I also go on bike rides or take walks with my kids on the weekends.
Finding time for exercise and eating right is not easy, so I make it a priority. It comes first. If I don’t exercise then I’m tired and can’t deal with my kids. Making sure to exercise makes it easier to keep up with them and gives me more energy.
